<h4><strong>Simon Courtenay </strong></h4>
<strong>Co-Founder</strong>

Simon has been advising quoted companies on how they communicate and engage with the Stock Market for over 20 years.  He was previously Managing Director of Broker Profile the specialist investor relations consultancy.  The business was sold successfully in 2015.

<h4><strong>Melissa Gauge</strong></h4>
<strong>Co-Founder</strong>

Melissa started advising on retail capital markets in 2003, latterly at Numis Securities where she founded and led the team from 2009. Prior to Numis, Melissa was Managing Director of the Redleaf Relations retail capital markets team. Melissa has a wealth of experience in advice, investor targeting and corporate access, perception audits, retail and intermediary offers, primary and secondary market transactions, sales, trading and origination, retail bonds and investment companies.

<h4><strong>Robert Irvin </strong></h4>
<strong>Co-Founder</strong>

Robert has been engaging with investors and advising companies since 2004. He previously worked at Broker Profile heading up both the investor access team as well as the client management function with a particular focus on the FTSE100 and FTSE250 clients. Robert also founded the Investor Analytics business focused on targeting during his time there. Subsequently he was a Director at Capital Access Group. He has experience of a wide range of sectors.
